Description: Riverine Erosion Hazards due to stream bank erosion and slope stability. Hazard areas contain a 15 m setback. This layer is one of the 5 components which comprise Ontario Regulation 179/06.
Description: A 15m setback has been applied to the floodplain delineation across the LSRCA watershed. The setback applies to both engineered and estimated floodplain delineations.
Description: Includes evaluated Provincially Significant Wetlands (PSWs) and other evaluated and identified wetlands from the Ministry of Natural Resources. Wetlands greater than 0.5 ha within the Lake Simcoe Watershed area have been included. A setback of 120 m has been applied to PSWs and a setback of 30 m has been applied to all other wetlands.
Description: This Lake Shoreline Erosion limit layer is a combination of two categories of data: a set-back from areas affected solely by wind set-up and a set-back limit accounting for shoreline erosion. The shoreline erosion limit contains the area affected by wave uprush elevation and the wave uprush elevation points.
